Services

Full-spectrum concrete, done right.

Six trades, one crew, one standard. Every service below includes site prep, honest scheduling, and a finish we are willing to sign.

Residential

Driveways

  • New installation
  • Full replacement
  • Extensions
  • Decorative finishes

Your driveway is one of the first things people notice about your home or business. A properly installed concrete driveway improves curb appeal and gives you a durable surface built to handle daily traffic for years to come.

We handle new installations, extensions, and complete tear-out replacements. Expect clean saw-cut joints, proper base compaction, and a finish that sheds Florida rain instead of pooling it.

Outdoor living

Patios

  • Broom finish
  • Exposed aggregate
  • Stamped concrete
  • Outdoor kitchens

A well-designed patio adds more than usable space. It raises property value, improves curb appeal, and turns a backyard into the place everyone ends up on a Saturday.

Simple pads, wraparound entertaining areas, or stamped and colored finishes that read like stone. Poured flat, pitched to drain, and sealed to last.

Residential + commercial

Walkways

  • Front walks
  • Garden paths
  • Commercial pathways
  • ADA compliant

A properly designed walkway creates a safer path around your property and adds structure, convenience, and long-term value to your outdoor space.

From a straight front walk to a full commercial pathway system, we build to code, to grade, and to the width that traffic actually needs.

Structural

Foundations

  • New construction
  • Additions
  • Slab repair
  • Reinforcement

A solid foundation is the most important part of any structure. Proper preparation, accurate grading, and reinforcement give every project a base built to stand the test of time.

We pour monolithic slabs, stem walls, and footers for new builds and additions, and we repair foundations that were not given that care the first time.

Sitework

Curb & roadway

  • Parking lot curbing
  • Driveway curbs
  • Decorative edging
  • Drainage control

Proper curbing does more than create clean lines. It controls drainage, protects landscaping, improves traffic flow, and gives any property a finished look.

Machine-formed or hand-formed, residential or commercial scale. We match municipal specs where required and keep water moving where it should.

Heavy duty

Industrial & commercial

  • Warehouse floors
  • Loading docks
  • Heavy-traffic slabs
  • Floor repair

Commercial and industrial concrete is about safety, efficiency, and keeping your business moving. Precision, quality materials, and dependable timelines on every project.

Forklift-rated floors, dock aprons, and large-scale flatwork, scheduled around your operations so the work gets done without shutting you down.

Straight answers

Questions we hear on every walk-through.

How much does a new concrete driveway cost in Jacksonville?

It depends on square footage, whether an old surface needs tear-out, base preparation, thickness, and the finish you choose. We walk the site, measure it, and give you a real number. Estimates are always free.

How long before new concrete can be walked or driven on?

As a rule of thumb: foot traffic after 24 to 48 hours, vehicles after about 7 days, and full design strength at roughly 28 days. We give you exact cure guidance for your pour and your weather.

Will my new concrete crack?

All concrete shrinks slightly as it cures. Proper base compaction, reinforcement, and correctly placed control joints direct that movement so the surface stays clean. That prep work is most of the job.

Do I need a permit for concrete work?

It varies by city and project type across Northeast Florida. During your estimate we flag exactly what your project requires so nothing surprises you.

What concrete finishes do you offer?

Broom finish for traction, smooth trowel for interior floors, exposed aggregate, and stamped or colored decorative concrete that reads like stone.

What areas do you serve?

Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Jacksonville Beach, Fernandina Beach, Ponte Vedra, and the surrounding Northeast Florida area.

Not sure which service you need?

Describe the project in plain words. We will tell you what it takes and what it costs.
